The rose water flushes away impurities to relieve redness and irritation while adding more moisture to condition the skin. The abundant water held in the cucumber’s meat has a cooling, soothing effect on your eyes that decreases the swelling and puffiness. When using any of these ingredients, it is important that you only use them on the outer lids of your eyes. If they come into contact with the eyeball, they could cause irritation or possibly damage the cornea. Keep your eyes closed during the treatment to ensure this contact does not occur. Directions Once you have all that you need, follow the direction below to make and use your dry eye treatment. Pour the rose water into the small saucer. Using the eyedropper, add the three drops of coconut oil. Use the toothpick to mix the two ingredients together. Place the cucumber slices directly into the mixture to allow it to absorb the liquid.
